How to create a new User on the Tacho platform

User Registration Procedure

User creation and deletion are typically managed by the application administrator.

Creating a User
When creating a new user, the administrator must provide the following information:

  • First name and surname

  • Username

  • A unique email address (Note: the same email address cannot be used more than once within the same customer account)

Once the user is created, a confirmation email is automatically sent to the specified address.

Account Activation
The email contains a confirmation link, which the user must click within 48 hours. This link directs the user to a page where they must:

  • Create a password

  • Confirm the password

Password Requirements
For security reasons, the password must meet specific criteria, which will be outlined on the password creation page.

After successfully setting the password, the user account is fully activated, and access to the application is granted.
