Clearing your browser cache

GOOGLE CHROME

1. Press the Menu button in the upper right.
2. Choose [Delete Browsing Data]
3. Press [Advanced]
4. Select the "Time Range" from the dropdown.
5. Select the types of information you want to delete.

1. Close your browser and restart to see changes.

MOZILLA FIREFOX

1. Click the three stripes  in the top-right corner.
2. Select [Preferences] or [Settings].
3. Go to [Privacy & Security].
4. Under "Cookies and Site Data", click [Clear Data].
5. Choose the data you want to delete and click [Clear].

MICROSOFT EDGE

1. Click the three dots  in the top right corner to open the Tools menu.
2. Select [Settings].
3. Click [Privacy, search, and services] on the left-side menu.
4. Under "Clear browsing data", click [Choose what to clear].
5. Select "All time" and [Cached images and files].
6. Click [Clear now].

SAFARI

In the Safari browser:

1. Click on the Safari menu in the top left hand corner next to the Apple symbol.
2. Click on [Settings...].
3. A new dialogue box will open.
4. Click [Privacy].
5. Click on the [Manage Website Data] button.
6. To remove any cached data and cookies from your computer, click [Remove all].
7. A new dialogue box will open.
8. Click [Remove Now].
9. Wait a few moments, then click [Done].
10. Close the dialogue box remaining.
11. Press "Command +Q" to quit Safari.

 

In Mobile Safari for iOS (iPhone, iPod touch, iPad)

To clear cache and cookies:

1. From the home screen, select [Settings].
2. Select [Safari].
3. At the bottom of Safari's settings screen, Select [Clear cookies and data] or [Clear Cookies and Clear Cache].
4. Confirm when prompted.

 

To clear history:

1. From the home screen, tap [Safari].
2. At the bottom of the screen, tap the [Bookmarks] icon.
3. In the lower left, tap [Clear].
4. Tap [Clear History].
