The solution

Together, we co-defined the project scope and implemented a customised solution built around their needs. Our platform delivered real-time tyre pressure and brake alerts, empowering the team to detect and resolve issues before they caused breakdowns. Predictive maintenance tools offered a complete fleet overview, streamlining operations and driving better cost control.

One of the standout features of the solution was our Roll Over Alert system, which has been instrumental in preventing trailer tip-over incidents, protecting both the cargo and the drivers. Combined with load monitoring, the system helped reduce fines related to overloading and safeguarded vehicle performance across the 200-strong trailer fleet.

The RESULTS
