Choice Partners

Colleges, universities, school districts, charter schools, municipalities, counties, other governmental entities and nonprofits are invited to streamline the procurement process by joining Choice Partners, the purchasing cooperative of Harris County Department of Education (HCDE).

Choice Partners completes the due diligence to meet legal requirements, including issuing a Request for Proposal, evaluating responses and recommending contracts, which are awarded by the HCDE governing board.
