The Fleet Carbon Calculator ("the Calculator“) is provided for general informational and illustrative purposes only. All emissions calculations, projected CO₂ reductions, fuel savings, and related environmental metrics generated by the Calculator are estimates based on modelling assumptions, aggregated datasets, and user-provided inputs. These results are indicative only and do not constitute verified, certified, or guaranteed emissions reductions. Actual environmental performance and emissions outcomes may vary materially depending on a wide range of operational, behavioural, technical, and external factors, including but not limited to fleet composition, vehicle type, fuel mix, driver behaviour, maintenance practices, route characteristics, geographic location, weather conditions, and implementation practices. The Calculator does not account for all variables that may affect real-world performance and therefore should not be relied upon as a precise measurement tool.

The methodology used in the Calculator relies on standardised emissions factors and modelling approaches, which may include publicly available data sources and internal analytical assumptions. These assumptions may not reflect the specific operational realities of any individual fleet and may be updated or modified from time to time. The Calculator does not replace independent environmental assessment, formal greenhouse gas accounting, or third-party verification.

The outputs of the Calculator do not constitute regulatory, statutory, or compliance-grade reporting and are not intended to satisfy requirements under UK Streamlined Energy and Carbon Reporting (SECR), the EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), the EU Taxonomy Regulation, TCFD frameworks, or any other mandatory environmental disclosure regime. Users remain solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable environmental, reporting, and sustainability obligations.

Use of the Calculator or associated telematics services does not certify that a fleet is “carbon neutral”, “net zero”, “low carbon” or otherwise environmentally compliant. Any public environmental claim made on the basis of Calculator outputs should be independently assessed and substantiated in accordance with applicable UK and EU green claims guidance and consumer protection laws. The Calculator does not constitute financial, legal, environmental or regulatory advice. Users should obtain independent professional advice before making investment decisions, public sustainability claims, ESG disclosures or regulatory submissions based on projected emissions savings.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we accept no liability for any loss, damage, regulatory action or reputational impact arising from reliance on the Calculator or its outputs. We do not warrant that the Calculator will be error-free or that its assumptions will remain accurate over time. Any liability arising in connection with the Calculator shall be subject to the limitations set out in the applicable service agreement. We reserve the right to modify the methodology, assumptions or functionality of the Calculator at any time without notice.
